Insurance Information
Our clinic is approved by all major private medical health insurance providers.
Before starting any treatment, please ensure you have completed any requirements set by your insurance company, such as obtaining a GP or consultant referral letter.
Please bring your insurance details to your first appointment so that we can invoice your insurance company directly. If you are claiming through your medical insurance or another intermediary, please note that you are responsible for any shortfall in cover. This may include policy excess or charges for non-attendance.
In the event that your insurance company declines payment, you will be required to settle your account with us directly and then liaise with your insurer. If your policy includes an excess or you have reached your policy limit, payment must be made to the clinic within 14 days of notification.

Refund & Cancellation Policy
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations. Missed appointments without prior notice will be charged at the full treatment price.
Please be aware that arriving late may result in a shortened treatment time, as we aim to accommodate all clients promptly.
We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in such circumstances.
